"I started attending the BAME into Leadership conference six years ago, while still an HEO in the MoJ. I always found the conference a brilliant time of the year to energise & network with colleagues across various sectors. The quality of the speakers and the choices of breakout sessions has always been excellent. Having progressed through the ranks over the past 6 years, I continue to attend the conference...I use this time to focus on my personal leadership journey and as an opportunity to support BAME employees at more junior grades"
